Acceptance of Terms

Account Suspension and Closure

dtk66 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity theft.
• Receipt of a chargeback or disputed transaction from a payment provider.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• A court order, regulatory instruction, or other legal requirement mandating account closure.
• Extended account inactivity (accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant).

8.1 Player-Initiated Account Closure
